There is such a word. I do hope you aren't a student of geography.
A BBC London reporter then confronted Professor Wooller:
Reporter: You said the whole thing is dodgy.
Mr Wooller: It is dodgy!
Reporter: Oh so you admit it's dodgy?
Mr Wooller: Of course it's dodgy.

The BBC recon they have made a huge discovery here:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/education/7175730.stm
but actually visiting the website of the university:
http://www.iiuedu.ie/welcome.html
would be enough to show any normal person that its a bogus educational institution. The first two paragraphs both contain grammatical errors and there is no such word in the English (UK at least) language as transnational. The menu on the left looks like it was made by a first time designer and a quick google shows that the Baron isn't real.
Way to go investigative journalism. :S
At least the Rochville University make their website look the part.

Tired Freudian references aside - your mother played my mighty skin flute like a surf crowned sea nymph trying to rouse Poseidon from his watery slumber!
