why can't i open my itunes application? whenever i click on it it refuses to open from the menu and from my desktop. it's very odd. any help would be hugely appreciated. thanks.

Assuming you're running Windows (because I have no knowledge of Macs) you could try opening My Computer > Program Files > iTunes > iTunes.exe

yeah tried that and it still doesn't open also tried uninstaling and reinstalling to no avail. how do i check the plug-ins anyone know?

Do you have any ghey software like norton antivirus, which periodically decides harmless programs are a threat and disables them? If so get rid of norton antivirus, you don't need it.

You keeping usign 'ghey' as if its not the same as using 'gay' as a derogatory adjective. If you're really concerned enough about causing offence that you would alter the spelling, why not just find an entirely different synonym.

Anyone else think that's just gay? My objection to "ghey" is that I say the 'h' in my head and so I have to read the word twice to get it right. Spell gay properly dammit!
