I have a room I am looking to sublet ASAP. It's in a 2 bed flat in a court just off Tom Morris Drive. The flat is nice, has gas central heating, washing machine, nice kitchen, big TV. Already one tenant, very nice girl and easy to get along with. Rent is £300pcm with £40 utilities.
