Flatmate wanted: cheap Guardbridge flat starting Jan 2012

I'm moving in to a really cheap and convenient flat in Guardbridge in January (£510/month total rent!). It's on the 99 Stagecoach bus route and really easy to 'commute' to St Andrews (as it's effectively a dormitory community for the town). I'm looking for a flatmate, preferrably post-grad, and preferrably long term (as I will be there at least 1 and 1/2 years myself, for the remainder of my PhD).
My one requirement is that you must love cats. I have a 7 1/2 year old neutered male, and I've had problems in the past with flatmates being kind of mean to him, which stresses him out.

Flat is still available for the end of January! It's a great, super cheap flat on the 99 bus route. While it's not a central location, it's great for any postgrads who would like to save money or can't afford the expensive in-town St Andrews accommodation.
