Looking for a room for the 2012/13 school year.

Hello,

My current flat situation just fell through so I am looking for any sort of room for next school year.

I am a Economics major and I will be in my 4th year next year. I am a committee member of the Sailing Club and have founded my own tutoring system, where I teach younger economics students difficult material. I also enjoy running, swimming, golfing and biking.

I am from Rhode Island in the US, and lived at 1 Shorehead Rd this year (right next to the pier). I was going to move to 14 Hope St but as I mentioned, the plans fell through. I am looking for any sort of room, location isn't too important and I've lived with both guys and girls. I can provide references (from landlords or flatmates) upon request. My contact details are:
