We are 3 girls looking to move into a 3 bedroom house/flat for out 3rd year. If anyone is moving out/graduating at the end of this year we'd be really grateful if you could let us know if your house will be available - or you know of another one which will be.

Hey (I think I posted a reply before but it's vanished, so here it is again!)

We're moving out of our 3 bedroom house on Lamond Drive next year, so it will be free for the 2013/14 academic year.
It's a 10 month lease from September 2013 to June 2014. (Optional rent for Summer 2013 and/or Summer 2014 if you need to stay in St Andrews for longer)
One large and 2 medium sized bedrooms. All fully furnished.
£100/week for the big room and £95/week for the medium rooms.
It's HMO registered, has central heating throughout and new double glazed windows fitted a couple of months ago.

it has 4 bedrooms or 3 if you want a dining room / study as well as the living room kitchen and bathroom
it has a nice garden , a garage and off road parking
wi fi , gas fire, double glazed and very cosy , fully furnished , fully fitted kitchen
the monthly rent is around £1150 + bills
it is available from late september 2013 to may / june 2014 and these months each year
