There's JengaSoc, which had a few meetings last semester in 8 Albany Park but seem to have fallen into a lull....
That's not a society, that's just friends playing a game. That'd be like me saying PlaystationSoc meets in Gatty 2 every afternoon. The same goes for Pyrosoc. Loads of people enjoy getting together with their mates and burning things, the number of bonfires (and the various lighters, condoms full of petrol etc... that get thrown onto them) on the beach at gatty will attest to that.
The difference between a society and not just a group of mates is that other people can come along and join, the point of affiliation is partly that it's the easiest way to let people know about the society. People like 'PyroSoc' are just guys sad enough to think that they're doing something clever and special, a kind of a "Look at us, aren't we great!? No you can't play." type effect.
