once lived a flat next to me but moved out, thus missing the incredibly gorgeous man who's working on it just now, cleaning it, and had to borrow my hoover, which I ever so gladly lent him.

(btw - describe this 'gorgeous guy' - if he's the landlord, he's a prat and should be avoided at all costs. actually, on second thought, if you could flirt with him and lure him to the scores, so that i could push him off a cliff or kill him, that would be good too)
