Oh Altsoc! Altsoc is HERE for the emo community of St Andrews, such as it is. We have one big emo superfan on the committee, and one mini-fan, and as a result you'll hear a fair spate of whining Americana at your average Bulletproof. The next one of which, incidentally, is on Friday night, in Venue 2! If you have any stuff you'll really like to hear played, either bring along a CD or just ask, and there's a chance we'll have it. The Bulletproofs themselves are always a fun affair, crammed to the gills with people so far this semester and always dedicated to the listening public.
We also organised a trip through to the Modest Mouse gig, which from what I hear was a storming success. I missed it sadly as I was, for reasons not worth explaining, seeing Sting live in Dublin last night. Joy.

But anyway - emo - altsoc - results.

I'm not in altsoc, i'm a deviant noise member myself...as is the emo guy in my flat, and people I've met at various other times that listen to similar music...you might want to give Deviant Noise a go.
