Available: Cheap Central Accomodation (1 Pax/ Semester 2)

Hi!

One room will be available in a two person flat shared with me for Semester 2. The room is opening up as my flatmate Martin leaves to take a work placement abroad. The flat has a good standard, and rent comes in at 480/Month, not including bills.

The room is available from December 19th through August, though the length of the lease is highly negotiable. Summer storage through to next semester is no problem. The room has a double bed and faces directly South towards St Mary's quad across the street, and thus gets a lot of sunlight.

I am a 3rd year IR student, easy going and sociable, but hard-working. The flat is on Crails lane, which is about as central as it gets - situated between St Mary's Quad and the Buchanan, and conveniently proximal to Luvians and Sainsbury's.
