That's nothing. This was about a year ago, but I was walking down Market Street on your typically busy Saturday afternoon and just outside Woolworthes this woman was holding her son, who was only about a 18months/two years, over a drain so he could urinate. I did a double take, I couldn't believe my eyes!!!!
