Big, sunny kitchen with a view, plenty of tops and table/chairs. Bathroom has large bathtub and separate power-shower cubicle. Lots of storage areas.

Spacious private garden with shed & tools, great for summer BBQs, kept in good condition by the tennants. Tenants are free to plant/grow their own plants or vegetables. Landlords are nice and easy going.

Looking primarily for a mature (if not necessarily in age, at least in spirit) postdoc or professional, who keeps common areas clean and tidy and respects quiet and privacy.
