Hi there,
My fiance and I, both PhD students, are looking for a 1-2 bedroom flat to let in St Andrews or the surrounding areas (Cupar, Leuchars, Strathkinness, Anstruther etc). We're looking to move asap, and by September at the latest . We're willing to spend up to 650/month for rent.

We're both non-smokers in our late twenties, and clean, mature, responsible tenants .
