I am renting out a single room in a lovely house starting from 1 December. The house is a short 10 mins walk from the city center and has a garden and a garage for extra storage. For pictures or questions email me at dh327.

Now renting out the double bedroom instead. It's really spacious and has a desk in it as well as a walk-in wardrobe. The house is fully furnished and very neat and tidy all around. It's got a nice bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, as well as a massive kitchen with all appliances, dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. Very reasonably priced at £390 plus bills.

Hello,

I am French and I have just finished my PhD in Aix-en-Provence (I am 26 years old). I have got a two-year post-doctoral grant to conduct research work in St-Andrews (I will be working at the university of psychology), starting in next February/March.

I am searching for an accomodation that would be at a walking distance from the University. Is the bedroom in your flat still available?
