Lee & Herring

Postby TonyMurray on Tue May 11, 2004 6:43 pm

Just writing to enquire whether anyone at St.Andrews remembers comedians Stuart Lee and Richard Herring who demanded a regular contract from the BBC between 1995 and 1999.

I personally think they were the greatest comedy double act of all time.

Just wondered what other people thought

Fist of Fun!

"you want the world on a stick"

something about a "weak lemon drink"

..that's as far as my memory stretches

This Morning with Richard not Judy also rocked my Sundays

"You want the moon on a stick" was what Rich always accused of Stu.

Those were the days.

And the modern cretin laughs at Bo Selecta - lord give me strength.
