French and Spanish

I'll probably get no replies to this lol, but anyway. I'm a fresher and have been looking over Module choices for September. French seems easy enough to understand - choose 1001 for Semester 1 and 1002 for Semester 2. However for Spanish there is an extra module available about Latin America. Any Spanish students know whether someone who's doing 1001 and 1002 as it is can take this as an extra? I don't see why not, it's at 1pm while the others are at 12...

Yes, I study Spanish and I know that you can take it as an extra module - it would be no problem.
