The rent of the house is 550 GBP per calendar month (excluding bills) and you are going
to have two bedrooms (one double and one single), one living room, one dining
room, one kitchen, two bathrooms, a garden, a garage, and it is very close
to Morrisons and 15 min walking to the center of town. If you are interested in one bedroom it is available as well.

The house is available right now. The lease starts now and goes until 30th June.
