Dog friendly accomodation wanted - Leuchars/Guardbridge area

I'm possibly looking into moving outside of the town and am looking for a place that will allow me to keep my dogs.

The dogs are very well behaved and I can get references from my current landlady, my neighbours, my dog walker etc. I'm prepared to pay an extra "pet deposit" to cover any damage they may (but won't) do to the flat.

A 2-bed place would be perfect, I'm willing to share. A spare room in an otherwise-occupied flat would be good too.
