Looking for accommodation from mid February

I am due to move out of my current accommodation on February 18th and am looking to find somewhere else to stay. I am willing to consider both sub-letting arrangements (should PHD students or suchlike be away temporarily) and standard contracts running to May, and possibly over summer.
