Heyyyyy guys, so me and some buddies were looking at a place for next year (2011/12) but that fell through and now they're wanting to stay in DRA which is a big no-no as far as I'm concerned (lived there before, too far away from the excitement of town!! ...and the library, ha)

Anyone want to offer this affable, fun and outgoing, but also tidy and hardworking (will be a 4th year) girl a room for next year?

We are a 3 bed flat looking for one more flat-mate for 2011/12 year. My flatmate Chris and I are currently in 2nd yeas.
It is a lovely Victorian flat on Lade Braes (accessible via South St).
10 month lease (Sep-June) at £476 pcm, or £110 per week.
The flat is recently refurbished and redecorated, and the room has a double bed, desk, plenty storage space etc.
