Room wanted for postgrad now until aug/sept

I'm a PhD student at SMRU in final year looking for a cheap room from asap until aug/sept. It needs to be cheap (roughly £350/month as I'm self-funded) and clean.

I'm male and 33 yrs old, very clean and tidy. Ideally looking for a room with other postgrads, male or females.
