Hi,

I have a large double room on Nelson Street available from June to Aug 2011. You are also welcome to stay over June and July only.

It is located in a semi-detached 2-floor house with gardens and a large garage (garage for storage only). The bedroom have 2 single beds which have been used together as a kingsize bed, a big computer desk, loads of drawers and a small wardrobe. Unilimited internet. Gas cooker. Dish washer. Drier. Freezer. etc.

The rent is 280 per month plus bills. Bills equally shared between roommates which is likely to be no more than 20 pounds in summer. You will be living with two quiet female postgraduates, who takes the other two bedrooms.
