Hey,

We're 2 soon to be 3rd years here looking for a 3rd flatmate for a house on Lamond Drive. Rent is 400 a month on a 10 month lease but you can leave all your stuff there from June onwards if need be. Wireless internet and TV license is included in the rent. It's got a lovely sunny garden and it's very close to the marine lab and the beach.

We have a room available for next year at 18 Greenside Court (near the Byre)

It is a 10 month lease, £425 per month and roughly £25 per month bills.

We have a four bedroom house, nice lounge (with TV) and a big kitchen (with a washer dryer)

You would be sharing with 2 girls and a guy.
