2 Lovely First Year Girls looking for a place to stay!

Hi everyone,

We are two first year girls studying English and Sustainable Development, and are looking for either a 2 person flat or a space for 2 people to fill. Both non-smokers, very friendly and easy get on with. One has a compulsion to bake delicious treats. We will also happily contribute to cleaning (obviously) and cooking and any other important bits and pieces.

Any help is MUCH appreciated - even if it's just recommending a landlord or someone else to get in touch with.

I have 2 rooms available for 2 people in a 3 bedroomed flat for rent from the 1st June 2011.

One room is a double and one is a single room.

There is also a lovely kitchen overlooking a spacious private back garden and a spacious shower room.

Located approx 10mins walk from town centre with on street parking available outside. Bus stop located just outside front door across the street.

Flat length is negiotable but preferably for a longer lease of a couple of years. Ideal for students for a few years.

The third person is a female who is graduating this year (june 2011) and doesnt know what she is doing yet but may be in st andrews for a few more months, but if she moves out you will have a spare living area.

Flat is ideal either for 2friends or 2individuals who dont have accomodation yet.
