1 Bedroom Flat Needed for 2011-12

I am looking for a flat from September 2011 to June 2012. I will be a postgraduate and I have been studying at St Andrews for 4 years and know the town well. I will have a dog, so flats which allow pets are a must. At the moment I'm looking in any price range, and would ideally like something close to the center of town.
