Hey there,

I have a room available to let in a very beautiful and spacious flat in an amazing location on South Street, right in the centre of town. The rent is £430/mo, and the flat comes fully furnished with washer/dryer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, TV(freeview), The room will be available from 1st June(perhaps a few days earlier if necessary)-1st September. I'm currently away from St. Andrews for break but am happy to arrange viewings upon my return.
