There's a room available in a great flat on Market Street.
Here's the description I've just lifted from facebook.

"Room available in a beautiful 4-bed flat, very centrally located just above Starbucks on Market Street. Light and spacious living room, fully-fitted kitchen with ice-dispensing fridge and dining table, 3 bathrooms (1bath 1power shower). You would be sharing with three girls, all going into 4th year. We are clean, tidy, easy-going and up for a laugh, but will also be working hard given our final year deadlines. Age/gender no concern. Rent £107 per week, 12 month lease commencing 1st July 2011. You would only be required to pay half the normal deposit and sign the lease by 20th May. Flat viewing is available as soon as possible on request.
