Hi Heather, I'm a second year biology biology student also looking for a flat for 2011-2012.

I figure it couldn't hurt to combine our search a bit. If you run into any 2-room flats available for rent, or if I do, I hope we could contact one another to help everyone out. I'll be in town until June if you find something and want to me, and then from July onwards.

We have a beautiful cottage in an idyllic setting with one room available to let. Can provide more details and pictures if you are interested. Large double room, excellent facilities just 10 mins from St Andrews. Good bus links.

Rent £400 (incl bills-will discuss this further). Lease must be signed by end May.
