I am looking for a flatmate to take a room in my flat next year.

The flat is absolutely amazing and is currently being refurbished, so everything will be BRAND new.

There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen includes dishwasher and all mod cons.

The door opens onto the living room, which will contain sofas and a large plasma. There are two cupboards for storage.

The price is £550 per month INCLUDING bills.

Hey I am very interested, if its worth it which it sounds like it is then I am interested to be your flamate!
I am a 2nd year currently studying economics = boring, but will have a car next year which might be useful to stock up in morrisons or even marks and spencers in dundee if we felt lavish. Errrrm I am a great cook since I want to be a restaurantuer when I leave uni and I travel a lot so maybe I recommend a place in the world to check out or something like Ecuador or Lithuania!
