Ok, I posted this before, and closed the offer, but unfortunately the arrangements fell through at the last minute, so the rooms are available again.

Two double bedrooms available in a 4 person house on Kilrymont Road.
Both on the ground floor, with a shared bathroom for the two rooms.

Facilities:
Dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, 8 hobs, 2 ovens, grill .

Outside:
Garage, shed, back and front yard
Available from 17th of september (1st saturday of freshers week)

Bills are £130 for gas and electricity for the house. So it's £32.50pppcm.

The rent is £330 per month.

Located on Kilrymont Road, near Lamond Drive

Other housemates:
2 4th Year Males, non-smokers.

10 minutes from Morrisons and 10-15 minutes from Town.
