Willing to let to either indivuals or a group. Available from 4th July until 15th September. Wifi, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, bathroom with shower/bath.

There will be two weeks of redecoration from 4th July and this period would be charged at a reduced price. £425 per month per room, bills not included. Willing to negotiate price if you are interested in taking the flat for the whole period.
