I have two rooms available in a three bedroom property on Watson Ave starting in September 2011. One current tenant, 3rd year PhD student, will be remaining in situ.

Preferably I am looking for postgraduates who need a 12 month lease ending in August 2012.

Rent is £368 per month. Property has a HMO and I am a registered landlord.
