House shared with two female post-grads has nice large open-plan kitchen-dining-living area, with cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, all usual crockery etc. landline phone, broadband internet, garden. The house is in really good condition, structurally and decor. Situated on Kilrymont Road, 15 minutes' walk from town.

Rent is £300 per month; electric, gas, phone and internet bills on top. Private landlord, who likes her tenants to look after the property, and in return is a very helpful, responsive landlord.

Female phd student preferred, who is quiet, clean and tidy.

I have room which is available now in David Russell. All the other house mates are post grads so it will ideally suit a phd or masters students but any other student will be fine too. The room is large double and the flat comes fully furnished. It is ensuite and the rent is all inclusive. Please let me know if you are interested.
