WANTED: 1 Bedroom Flat

I am looking for a 1 bedroom flat in St. Andrews. Preferably in town center or close (not further out than Lamond Drive for example). Double glazing and good ventilation are a must!

Though an undergrad I currently live in a post graduate house due to my exemplary conduct as a tenant and extreme cleanliness. I am happy to start tenancy in August or before school commences in September.
