I am looking for a postgrad couple (preferable) or postgrad student to share a house with me for the next academic year. I am a 24 year old guy who has just spent the last 5 years in the States where I went to College. Am starting a Masters in Finance in September. I have a large double room with en suite available to rent in a house which is on the edge of St Andrews. The house is part of a small farm steading development just 5 mins walk to Morrisons just behind the Community Hospital overlooking a wheatfield. It is an easy 20 min walk into town or under 10 min cycle. The house is fully furnished, has a large lounge /dining room and a large kitchen (separate utility room) with everything you need included. There is a lovely small garden. Rent is 600 (couple) or 425 (individual) per month exclusive of a share of utilities. Wireless Broadband and TV included. Must be non smokers.
