I am looking for 1 bedroom flat to rent starting from September 2011 for 1 academic year.
I am a postgraduate student at the University of St Andrews and I am looking for a quiet place to rent in the centre of St Andrews or close to this area (at the near villages).

I do not know if you have already found a place, but I will be vacating a room on Market Street starting September 1st, 2011. It is a 2-bedroom flat, and there is one other roommate who will be staying (very easy-going & outgoing post-doc). The rent is £300 a month.
