WANTED: 1 (or 2) Bedroom Flat in St Andrews!!!

Hello!

My is name Kate, I am a St. Andrews student from the US entering my third year of study at the University. I am ideally looking for a 1 (or 2 because I'm desperate) bedroom flat in St Andrews with double glazed windows and decent venting. Any rent under 700 per month makes me happy (though I could stretch it to more)!

I currently live in a 1 bedroom house for postgraduate students, a privilege granted to me due to my exceptional record as a tenant. In addition, my family owns a home design company in the US and thus I have grown up in a home which has always had to be kept at the highest standards as a model for clients and I am well versed in keeping a property pristine. This is reflected in my choice to rent a 1 bedroom which allows me to maintain my exceptionally high standards without worrying about the habits of others. I also make an effort to be considerate of my neighbors by limiting noise, not holding parties at my own house and being friendly. I am happy to provide tenancy references as well as character references from a Dean at the boarding school I attended prior to moving here as well as St. Andrews staff within the University's Development office.
