I am looking for 1 bedroom flat in St Andrews to rent for at least 1 year!I am a postgraduate student at the University of St Andrews and I am interested in a private place in order to study.
I will be at St Andrews for 4 days and I could arrange to view the property if there is something available.

A rather random message but I have found a three bed house for rent, and have already arranged a viewing on Wednesday and was wondering if you might be interested in pairing up and taking the house? The three bed flat (2 double, 1 single bedrooms) is very cheap, and is located right on the edge of St Andrews, the cost of accommodation is around 70pw; obviously the single would be slightly cheaper than the two double bedrooms, but if you're interested please drop me a line and I'll give you more details.

Please Note: Due to the nature of renting properties, it may be rented out any time so we probably won't even get to see it, but lets take it one step at a time.
