Due to a flatmate dropping out at the last minute, I have a room available! The address is 191 Lamond Drive and the rent is £440 a month on an 11-month lease beginning 15 September. Here is a bit about me (who you would be sharing the house with): I am twenty years old, American, non-smoker my name is Tess, I am about to start my third year of an Anthropology degree. I am fairly quiet, reasonably tidy and very sociable.
