I have lived out of town for the past few years and would like to do so again as I find it offers better value for money, and after years of living in town it makes a nice change.

my name is Amanda Wiesenthal. I am a 24 year old student from Germany and will be starting a PG programme at St Andrews University this September. I'll be arriving on the 18th and don't have a place to stay yet. I might be interested and would appreciate further information on eg rent, deposit, utilities, how far out of town this would be, the connections into St Andrews (as I don't have a car), condition of the property, etc
