I have all but secured a truly immaculate property 1 mile from the city centre. It is about a 20 minute walk to town, a five-minute walk to a 99 bus stop that takes you directly to the centre, and a quick bike ride with bike lanes on the street. This huge 4-bedroom home is completely refurbished with new carpet, paint, and appliances, and is suitably furnished. The kitchen and family room are modern and sizable -- great for small dinner parties. The garden is spacious for civilised garden parties and BBQs in the spring.

I am looking for one to two males only. The owner is very particular and is willing to let only to very mature tenants, including postgraduates. They must be extremely tidy, willing to clean on a regular basis, and respect the quiet study and sleep area. Do not reply unless you agree to the following: absolutely no smokers, pets, large parties, opposite-sex sleepovers (including significant others), or long-term guests.
