ROOM AVAILABLE (JULY-AUGUST 2013) - Postgrad/Staff preferred

Hi! I am currently renting a double room in a family house not far from town (near Albany park). I am looking for someone to rent the room while I am away during the summer, i.e. from July to August incl. (June could also be available).

The room is very spacious and includes a double bed, a big desk and various storage. The family is also very nice and the room is a little detached from the rest of the house, which makes it ideal for work and relaxation!

The rent would be 400 pounds per month (all bills included!).
