Beautiful Cottage from October-June

I have a beautiful house out for let for October to June. It is a fully equipped house with all the things you could possibly need. It is located in St. Michaels, almost perfectly half way between St. Andrews and Dundee, which has grocery stores, shops, movie theaters, and much more. It is also right on the bus route so it is very easy to get around if you don't have a car. It would be only £400/month. As for me, I am entering my fourth year at the University studying Anthropology and Film. I am quiet, tidy, friendly, and easy to get along with. I don't smoke, drink, party, or have pets so make for a great roommate. I've previously lived in the house and I can tell you it is absolutely amazing! It is located right next to a forest and horse barn where you can go take walks. The house is in a quiet location with lovely neighbors.
