hello~can anyone tell me if I can borrow books from Abertay university or Dundee university?

I just wonder if I can use my student ID card to borrow books from universities in Dundee?

From the library webpage:

"A reciprocal agreement exists between St Andrews University Library and the libraries of the University of Dundee (including Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art) and the University of Abertay Dundee, which allows readers to borrow books from any of these libraries.

Please ensure that you take your current University of St Andrews ID card and another form of identification with you to these libraries, so that you can be registered as a reader.

PLEASE NOTE: Dundee University Library also requires you to take a Letter of Introduction, which can be obtained from the Main Library Service Desk [in the St Andrews University library]."
