iMovie 2005

Postby Ben Hecking on Thu Feb 10, 2005 12:06 am

Let me know through this if you wanna help make this happen before the end of this academic year. Just a straw poll at the mo - nno long messages, just yays and neighs. Maybe someone could explain to younger people what iMovie is?

Many thanks,

Ben Hecking

Too tired to explain to others though, sorry...

You and nine of your mates get a video camera on loan, courtesy of the organisers, make a film in a week, and the best get shown in a big awards ceremony with prizes, glitz and needless formal dress in Younger Hall.

Or alternatively, cliques of students make a motley bunch of short films that are either 'artsy', ripoffs of the last year's winner or so laden with in-jokes that they barely even get published on the website afterwards. Apple and various computer people give lots of free hardware, and most of it even gets returned. Everyone gets drunk. The end.

If it is an excuse to wear formal dress, then I am all for it.

As I should haev said last night, though in my defence French had warped my brain, if there's anything I can do to help, just ask.

Yes, please.

And, Ben, I am willing to be iMovie's personal slave.

And we have a much better projector this year.

And we really need to have a conversation soon.

NO! Because I will not be there and I SO want to be.

Alternatively, yes good plan! Just so long as we still get to have one next year too. Please.
