Home sweet home...

"Central London" is a big place, so it's not exactly easy to give you directions to a lot of nice places...Where abouts are you?

You might not have time to get back to me, so here's a link for the famous "Circle Line Pub Crawl"...not exactly some of my favourites, though some are quite good.

The circle line pub crawl is ace - I did it for my 18th Birthday but its pretty pricey if you want to finish the entire thing (around £40) and you need to start as early as possible.

My favourite central london pub is the Met Bar right outside Baker Street station (turn right and its there). Its a wetherspoons so its cheap as london prices go and the food is okay. Its pretty damn big as well so usually plenty of space.

Theres some really good pubs around Leicester Square, and if youre looking for a big night out thats definately the place to be. Cafe Paris springs to mind as a fairly good club, but it is pricey - hope youve saved your pennies! Have fun whatever you do :)

Marylebone High Street and it's surround has a lot of very nice pubs. Marylebone Tup, Angel in the Fields, Prince Regent, to name a few. If you turn the corner onto Wigmore Street, I recommend the Pontefract Castle and the Cock and Lion. You can cut down St Christophers Place (where there are plenty of nice restaurants) onto Oxford Street, and you'll see the Hog in the Pound (karaoke/late license on Fridays).
