I'm not really sure what you want poeple to say Confused, its your decision. You either like something or you don't - and if you don't want to persevere until things brighten, then I don't think you are meant to be here.
I'll happily say that I am borderline obsessive about my interests - one of them being Biology (green). I still have days where I want to destroy certain biology topics and I still get pissed off now and again. You can't enjoy it all - you just have to guage if you think that it will balance out to more parts you like than dislike.
It might just be unfortunate that you happen to dislike 90% of first year and then love the later stuff - or you might hate it all. It's up to you.
