Eagles. I've never rated the Stones much.

Either/or!
Only because you don't have to wait til you're pissed off to post on this thread. However, if you wanted to scream, the screaming thread is the place to do it.

Simon and Danny are attempting once again to make a rocksoc family tree. Will they:
Succeed
or
Fail?

I'd like to see them succeed... but it has to be some task.

The lager, I'm told, is more forgiveable. Although I'm pleased to say I have drunk neither.

Gotta be better, right?

I have a tenner left until Friday. Should I spend it on:

cheap DVDs in the sale
-or-
beer?
Simon

Don't be absurd! Buy beer and watch the dvds you already own! After all, dvds are still good the 2nd time round...

What shall I have for breakfast?

Toast. You cant beat a good slice of toast and melted butter.

Man on top or girl on top?
Kytheraen

Re:

If by 'on top' you mean head of the house, king of the hill, president of the earth etc then it'll be a man (behold my mighty chauvinism).

However, something is telling me that you are referring to some harmless sexual activity, in which case i'd say girls on top because <insert additional chauvinistic comment>

Anyway, heres one i got from family guy.
which was cooler
Bronze age or Iron age?

edited becuase i was dropped as a child and lost my spelling ability

Although bronze is a nicer colour, iron was of much more use to people - they really branched out in the inventing area when iron was discovered.

Who would win in a fight, Lemmy or God? ;)

No...

Um... as I just watched a program on it, and the result was so incredibly wrong... who would win in a one-on-one - a male lion, or a male tiger?

I want real reasons!!
Kytheraen

Re:

I would say a tiger.

Its mostly (exclusively?) the lionesses who hunt. Male lions will fight to show their superiority and stuff. But male tigers hunt and do it alone.

Plus tigers are prettier :) and the people voted for them http://dsc.discovery.com/convergence/an ... enge3.html

Drinking is always a good thing, regardless of the night. Only way to get through sometimes.

In a duel, pistols at 10 paces, or tactical thermonuclear weapons at 10 paces?

(yes, I know it's odd. but I'm too pissed to care)
Simon

Re:

An interesting one.
What if the pistols were loaded with thermonuclear warheads? Surely that would make everyone happy? Well with the obvious exception of mother earth.

I would go for nukes at 10 paces becuase the only winner in a deul is Death, and this way he wins big

Hmm, heres a shit one (I too am losing my creativity)

Blind. Cos then I can still listen to music :)

Would you rather have (the sensations of) taste or feeling?
Kytheraen

Re:

'taste or feeling?'

feeling. it hurts more & things. taste is mostly smell anyway. the best tasting things are worse for you when the worse tasting things are better for you. choosing a relationship (of almost any kind) between someone you can taste but not feel & one with someone who you can feel but not taste is surely not a difficult decision.

die for a friend or a friend die for you?

i'll pick the selfish option and die for a friend, then i won't have the trauma of knowing that somebody gave their life for me.

what's worse: the silver medal or the bronze?

The silver... cos you were -almost- there. I bet you even held gold for a while, but that czech pipped you to the post at the last second.

Bronze... meh. You just weren't good enough.
